No answer telephonically

Tried calling to order food telephonically. Call went straight to voice-mail even though there are only two cars outside. Take away the automated/voice-mail message. Ordering food has never been so difficult and frustrating in the past!!! We're sure a lot of business is being lost as a result. Pathetic!!!!!!
