The moment we checked in there was no water

The moment we checked in there was no water. Apparently they use a tank for water. Loadshedding started and they had no candles or emergency lights. In the morning, there was water for about an hour but it was cold. We waited a bit hoping it will be hot, then the wasn't water anymore. We had to be moved to another room outside to shower. 2 minutes in the shower and the hot water ran out. We figured it was pointless to complain and just left
