Papillon Recovery Centre facilitators speak about you being as unique in the world as your thumbprint which is why the five-phase program is tailor made for each client. My program included many unique experiences such as one on one art therapy and coaching in my last month. I felt that the team made a huge effort to understand me without pathologizing me; I was seen as a whole person not just my illness. This gave the opportunity to look at my strengths and build on these instead of just focusing on my weaknesses.
