Gross Negligence

This facility is grossly negligent. Last week they "forgot" about a patient who they dropped at the licensing department. He called to be fetched at 2 , I was the first person who realised ( as a past patient going to visit him ) that he was missing. The driver went to fetch him at 6 pm and he was not there. At this point it was dark and deserted , in an area which is very unsafe. I drove around all over looking for him as he is my friend and only found him at 20.30. Not one person from the facility even attempted to assist in finding him. This is a client who has a mental disorder , anything could have happened to him. I am very concerned for future and current patients and their safety.
