Gross gross negligence

My daughter died in this facility due to gross negligence. She had a combination of a panic and asthma attack and while this was happening, the owner of the facility was out doing her banking, leaving my daughter with nurses. They waited too long to phone the emergency services because they did not take the situation seriously enough which clearly shows that they are not equipped to deal with emergencies like that. For the fee of about R 40 000 per month, you would think they can afford to have a medical doctor on the premises. I saw my daughter one and a half weeks before she passed away and she looked perfectly healthy. She was 35 years old. On the day she died, they immediately cleared out her room and just stuffed all her things into bags and did not even have the respect to give me the chance to pack my child's belongings. It was as if they just wanted to erase the whole incident. Their reasoning was that they did not want to upset the other patients. I lost my child!!!!! and that was not taken into consideration. Now it's just business as usual and my life has been changed forever.
