Papillon Jewellery is a terrible place

I went in to get a engagement ring, then my fiance now was with and we did ring fitting and this was all before we'll before I asked her to marry me, got her rings size and put a ring aside so I can get it when she is not with or aware.... Only to get the ring after a hectic week of plan the perfect preposal to only get the wrong ring (small) I phoned them asking if I could change it for Herr size when we get back from the weekend away and they told me they don't hvae her size and that's the only one they have... Then I asked if I could then do a complete refund cause I was so embarrassed and they say I can't ill have to seek to the owner of papillon, fine! I then asked for them to email me the owners details but still they rather emailed me about beings sorry and that they going to check what they can do..... I still want a refund till now and they won't help!!!!
