Doesnt pay staff after they have performed duties

Numerous amounts of reps in one year.<br> <br> Worked for Papillion sales and marketing for 12 days, put milage on my car and made more than R20 000 sales in the 12 days of working for this company<br> <br> Could not work under the circumstances any more and resigned.<br> <br> I was informed this morning that no payout will be made to me, even though i started working on the 1st of Oct and resigned on the 12th. <br> <br> I was offered a basic package, with car allowance, cell and data, basic salary as well as commission.<br> <br> How is it possible that i am owed nothing?<br> <br> I am a single mom and rely on this money to make basic ends meet.<br> <br> I dont know the reason why all the other reps left, but i can only assume it is due to the same reason....<br> <br> Terrible working conditions, selling a product i am not even comfortable with and then they call this a medical rep position......<br> <br> Where is any honesty or righ doing with this situation.<br> <br> If this is the way they treat their staff, if would not reccomend anybody to work at this firm.,...
