Very unprofessional! Probably ****ming people

What a disappointing service! Really horrible. I placed an order of two books on the 11th February, received 2 voucher codes, one was fine and the other was invalid. I sent a couple of emails, and telephoned numerous times before I could be told the book with the error was being updated on their system and they were unable to create a redeem code, and therefore would refund me! To date I'm still waiting for the refund. I was told my moner would be refunded after 7 days by a lady I got hold of after again telephoning a couple of times. I need that refund to get a book from a company that delivers, but here they're being unprofessional! I hope nobody bothers buying from a company like this, they would be wasting their hard earned money.
