Very Disappointed Customer

I ordered a book I needed urgently yesterday morning, the response email explained that the book will be available within 15min max and is a digital system, I called and only received the book an hour later. I then ordered another book yesterday afternoon and I am still waiting to receive it and today no one is answering their phones or responding to my emails.
