**** website does not send ebooks after payment
Online website is a ****. I ordered an ebook through the site and paid. I received a copy of the payment confirmation stating the link would be sent immediately. After days of trying to email and call the company, l have had no response. The number listed on the site does not work and the WhatsApp messages I sent were never read. I strongly recommend that you do not order books through this site. I work for an online school and will be advising students and parents to avoid this company at all costs.

-multiple unanswered phone calls
-multiple unanswered emails in which the confirmation with the correct order number was attached
-WhatsApp messages that went unread.
It was only after I posted a reeview that the company bothered to respond.
And even in that event it was rude, no apology was given for the amount of time which was wasted and I was eventually given the link over WhatsApp.
This was extremely unprofessional service and I was treated poorly.
I am glad I got the book even if it was days after I actually needed it.
