Prompt Assistance and Great Quality eBooks

After ordering 2 ebooks there was a system issue where the order got stuck in a "Pending" state and links to access the ebooks were not sent to me automatically. I became concerned when reading some of the reviews on here though after contacting Paperless School the issue was resolved and I received my ebooks within 48 hours.
