No delivery, No refund!

Bought Pearson’s Grade 4 natural science and technology book on the 3rd of June 2022, order number 17504. I reached out to them on whatsapp and was asked to send an email to Accounts for a refund. I had to reorder the same book on the same day from Pearson which I received emmmediately. I sent the refund request email on the 6th June 2022. Still no response!
