Don't expect efficiency and don't use them if it's for something urgent.

I thought it was a **** because they promise to send a link in an email instantly after payment. This was not the case.

The number on their website does not work and the so called 24/7 WhatsApp assistance is so frustrating because the first response I received was approx. 30min after my initial message, then I only received a response again 3-4 hours later, the person dealing with the WhatsApp communication gives you the sense of not wanting to help, besides the fact that your messages are ignored.

DONT PROMISE EFFICIENCY! IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING! I have the email and WhatsApp messages to reflect the promises VS the poor service.
