Did receive my purchase eventually but had to follow up

I purchased an educational ebook and was promptly debited and received an email to say my order was being processed; to check spam for the link to the book. I didn't receive a link and after reading reviews on Hello Peter, I started to get really worried that this was a ****. I phoned the number on their webpage and a lady said she would send the link. After a period, an email came through into my spam box. I tentatively opened and followed the instructions- you need to download an app called Bookshelf (powered by VitalSource), which is a legit app, thankfully. I was able to redeem the voucher code on a mac, much easier than on the iPad, for some reason. The book downloaded and I am very relieved that it worked. Doubts creep in when one doesn't receive an email to download; and also when one calls and the person on the other side just answers with a: "hello." The conclusion to this review is that it was unncessarily stressful but I did receive the product that I had purchased with perseverance on my side (and a prayer that I wasn't being ****med or hacked in the process.)
