WAITING FOR BUSINESS CARDS since 1 FEB

After ordering Business cards online from Paperjet Print, have I not just struggled with them finding my payment for two jobs for a week, but also them not checking the business cards and sending, horrible quality prints to the client. I am still waiting to receive the new prints and it has been one month!!! They are not replying to my emails and I should constantly follow up with them to find out what is happening
