WORST customer service, no delivery on deadline!

We contracted Paper Explosion for the finishing&packaging on our wedding invitations. After a problem with the printing, we extended our initial deadline for this from 11 August to 13 August & even later said that if we could have it in our hands by 14 August at 8:00 it will be fine.<br> <br> NONE of the deadlines were met & we were not updated on the process. My fiance and I both contacted Maryke at about 12:00 on 14 Aug, to find out when we could come to pick up the invitations, after which we discovered that they have not even started with it. <br> <br> Maryke was extremely rude to both myself and my fiance and told me that \I could come and pick up our invites from the trash behind their office
