Paper implosion, avoid if you can
I put in an order for custom sized boxes in October 2023. We got half of the delivery on 23 November 2023 and since then I have not received any communication from their side. I followed up on the outstanding delivery on the 16th of January, 21st of February, 06th of March, 9th of April and again on the 11th of April 2024. None of these message were addressed or rep**** to. I called the company twice in March where the call was ignored and got through on the following day. The excuse was that the materials needed for the boxes needed to be bought in bulk. I sent them a message to ask whether we could do anything to assist to get the material in to complete the order, this was ignored, then asked if we could get half of our orders cost reimbursed as we only received half of the order, this too was ignored.
Overall their communication is terrible, their WhatsApp is set to not show that they have received any messages as the account is online from time to time but their are not tick marks to show that they have received the messages.
This experience as shown me they do not care about their customers and avoid taking any action to correct their deficiencies.

16 Apr 2024, 09:40Just an update on this post, Paper Explosion has made contact with me, and the delivery issue has been resolved. After a discussion with the company, a lot of things have been balanced and the communication is definitely been corrected.
One thing that I did not clearly state in my original post was that there was no issue what-so-ever with the quality of the work. Rather a communication problem. Seeing as this has been addressed, and it continues in this manner I have updated my original rating.
