I made a booking end of January at Papa's Real Food for a bachelorette dinner party on 28 February for ten ladies. Visited the restaurant on 27 February to confirm the booking and the setup of our table for the next evening - everything was in order. However, upon arrival on 28 February we could not be accommodated and we were not setup ANYWHERE. The lady in charge was rude, not understanding of my situation at all and only told me that the Summerhouse (as requested) was fully booked a month ago.<br> We then had to wait for ten minutes so that a table for ten could be arranged somewhere in a corner. Once at the table some of the ladies ordered wine and were then told that they could not be served wine because there were no wine glasses left. I asked for the manager to be sent to our table after which I was told that the manager was busy and that he will come when he is done. NEVER came.<br> We finished our round of drinks and left the restaurant never to return again. I have never felt as embarrassed, disrespected and neglected as a paying customer in all my life. Totally unacceptable and shocking to say the least.
