Wrong order

I ordered two meals from papachinos Boksburg, each with different sides. When I got home, I was disappointed to find that one order was correct while the other was not. This was really frustrating since I was excited to eat. When I called to inquire, I was told I needed to return to the restaurant, which is 8km away. After a long day at work, being asked to drive back is quite unreasonable, especially with traffic. I believe this situation could have been managed much more effectively than telling me to come back.
