Worste service ever, Bad managment s****s and Rude waitors

<p>Last Monday 29 May we planned a birthday outing for my brother in law.</p> <p>I booked the table a week before the time. We arrived and set up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short; We were 6 adults 2 kids – 13 years and 8 years. This was a 7PM – 9:30 period</p> <p>We waited more than 30 mins to order our 1st drinks order. We ordered our food witch formed part of the Pasta and pizza special.</p> <p>My nephew who is 8 wanted to make his own pizza but went to play outside and refused to come back in. So the food was ordered, 5 main meals.</p> <p>I did not order food as I have Fitchef food delivered to my work place daily as part of my eating plan. However I ate one slice from a adults pizza and my nephew 2 slices from his brothers pizza.</p> <p>Because my 8 year old ate 2 slices of his brothers pizza was charged for a full price when the bill arrived.</p> <p>Because I ate a slice of another adults pizza that pizza was charged for a full price. The waiter Amor was a headless chicken running around. Another waiter took the food order that added to the confusion. When the food arrived the 2nd waiter insisted we ordered 8 main meals. Johan the manager (No name badge) was super rude with a stinking attitude and came to the table saying “What seems to be the problem here?” I have never in my entire life seen this rude approach. He said we should read the T&T on the website before we come and order food… Another rude point. Another manager or co-owner said that we don’t need to take the nr in the bathroom as he is the co-owner and what he says now stands. So nothing will change in the AM. I asked guy to that charge us the full price for all meals because money is not an issue. The issue comes in that the waiter says to the manager that he explained the rules to us. When I asked Johan to call the waiter to tell me in my face that he explained the apparent rules to us he refused to call the waiter. I also asked him to swipe my card 2 or 3 times. Money is not the issue. The issue is rude service and untrained waiters. We were 8 at the table and it’s not as if 8 people shared 3 meals. The manager still have the never to ask me why didn’t my 8 year old order his own pizza and take the rest home… ***?!??! Let me leave this here before my work myself up again.</p> <p>My complaint is for the 2 items that was charged for a full price. The order was mixed up. We had 2 different pizza that was never ordered and taken back. The 3rd pizza was the order but the extra toppings was never added. The pizza was cold and pasta dry. We ordered a jug sangria (Still waiting for this and it’s a week later) the jug was never ordered after asking the ouk 15min after the time. Bad service, ****py food and the worst service ever.</p> <p> </p>
