Worst service

My family and me decided to go to papachinos fourways today for my son's 4th birthday. We lasted 20 mins there.. we just left.. and will not be returning there.. rude manager.. slow service.. we walk in no waiters inside.. my husband had walked in asking for service, without knowing the manager had come to ask me if i had been helped.. My husband asked the same manager if he can help us.. then very rudly he says he already helped me.. anyways let's continue.. waiter brings my husband's drink before mine and the kids.. (we ordered at the same time) I had to ask 2 waiters where my drinks were. Eventually after 10 mins it came.. That's not the worst part.. So.. our fish platter comes.. it's cold.. asked for the manager.. Complained and left. I will not be back to that small place that doesn't accompany everyone..
