worst experience in my life

pappachino's silver lakes will never be on my recommendations list to any one I know worst service ever we were practically CHASED and cursed at by the manager on duty just because we cant say his staff cant do there job. as our 3 year old was pushed out of n play train and staff just watched. and the second time he almost fell try to get off the play bike while 2 assistant just stood there and watched how he struggle to get off. I mean why is there assistants if the don't assist at all. worst service ever.
