Worst Alfredo Pasta (twice)

Last month when my family visited from cape Town, we took them to Papachino's Silver lakes for the Monday half price pizza /pasta special.

First off, we waited almost 70 minutes for our food, and the restaurant weren't even that busy?

Secondly I ordered Alfredo pasta, first time it was undercooked so I send it back. Second time the cream of the pasta tasted sour. I ask the waiter why it taste funny, he just laughed at me and said it should taste that way. I payed for meal (Special price) and just leave the uneaten sour food.

I was really disappointed and disgusted with the service. I love Papachino's but wouldn't support them again.
