Worse humanly behavior

Great place, great food. January I took my kids for dinner(Birthday) During the year we occasionally went there and really enjoyed, Until (26 October 2024) we encounted worse humanly behavior from a waiter named MBUSO. Brother man doesn't have so many steps to take on improving himself and this has nothing to do with his WEIGHT... be has a stinking rotten egg thinking process, there is no coming back from that. He might not influence his counterparts but will sure make the place smell in the long run as he uses the company to back up his behavior. 1st he got irritated that my kids where taking long to order I mean he could have left and come back but nope not Mr Mbuso he stood there agitated. So I decided let him take the order for kids I will see what I can eat later on .. Ordered juice.

Kids where eating and running to play, from a distance MBUSO the slowpoke not because of his Laziness, naturally walks slow. He got irritated again he brought take away to the table... To my surprise on why would he bring yet I didn't ask.....I mean kids are still eating and I still wanted to order,he just left. Came back took the menu and left... (No words exchanged) another waiter came to ask if I'm good.... I asked for another juice.... MBUSO brought the juice and left then came back and asked if there is something else I need..... I asked him directly does he have a problem or he just wants me to leave... He said the company has strick policy rule of how long I can be in the restaurant...(this could be BS that he made or the company is pushing the staff to do that) . I raised my voice... BRING ME THAT COPY OF Policy NOW.... he said ok, never came back....

Other staff members got involved in the matter MBUSO finally came back no copy in his hand... Saying Sorry Brother I didn't mean to..... What he has done is totally unacceptable, but it's just him being the "best" of himself. Even if he doesn't get any disciplinary,its fine. he is just going to self destruct.
