Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we waited almost an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold, dry, and the chicken was undercooked. We spoke to the manager, who apologized and offered to remake our order. We asked for it to be packed as takeaway since we no longer felt like dining in. Unfortunately, when we received the food, it was clearly the same meal, just reheated. We paid and left. Definitely won’t be returning to Papachinos Silver Lakes.
