Very Disapointing

On Saturday 1 August myself and a friend took my daughter to Papachino's. When we arrived at about 12:30 we were told there were no tables by the play area as we did not book but if one became available we would be the first to get it. Completely fine. We sat upstairs, had a nice meal. We then paid and went downstairs so my daughter could play. When we got outside I immediately noticed a massive open area outside with only 4 tables (very strange if you so full on a Saturday) Anyway we sat on the concrete surrounding the trees. About an hour into this a table became available right next to us. I asked the waiter please can we have it as we have been sitting outside for over an hour with no table.
