Unprofessional and unfair service

My husband, my two daughter’s and I went to Papachinos Friday evening the 27th July 2018 We are regulars there and we always get great service. Mbali who always plays with our girls is really awesome, our girls love her. Bukhosi, Elliot, Philimon, Simba just to name a few are great waiters always. However on this particular evening the lady who was receiving us at reception was very unprofessional, I gave her my name and we sat for over 45 minutes while we were sitting and waiting she kept receiving customers and writing their names. There were three different families that came way after us whom they were let in before us. I went to check how far we were on the list and she said we up next, she then let another family in and my husband went to check how far we were on the list and she still said we up next. My husband went in and fetched the girls from Mbali, I went back to the Indian lady and and told her we are leaving as we have been next on the list far too long. Very disappointing service from this Indian lady. We don’t mind waiting as we know the procedure, these families that went in before us did not make prior reservations which is why we felt that we were being treated unfairly. Papachinos in Radiokop
