Unhygienic and disgusting waitress

We went to Papachinos Sunward Park for lunch today. We had a table outside behind the fountain. The waitress by the of Melody, went to the fountain to wet her cloth to clean the table next to ours. That's unacceptable and unhygienic. I wondered if it's standard procedure for cleaning of outside tables . I looked around for a camera and couldn't see one. Melody should be dealt with accordingly.
