Terrible customer service

Bad customer service, went to Papachinos in Broadcres mind you it’s just me and my 5 years old daughter she had ordered a pizza to make for herself there was a que there so I’m waiting with her, the waiter comes to tell me that the pizza is ready so whenever we done I should keep in mind my pizza is ready, ok we proceeded with making my daughter’s pizza it took about 12-15 minutes as there were other kids there. We go back to our table and there it is my pizza on my table unattended 😳🤯 bathong I was gone for 15 minutes that pizza was sitting there in a public place unattended and you expect me to eat it?? There were flies flying around it couldn’t you keep the pizza in the kitchen until we came back then gave me my order in my presence? I would understand if there were other people at my table and you brought out my order but no I’m alone and you leave out my food there naked unattended and I must come back and eat it like it’s all ok and normal ? I asked for the pizza to be remade did they do that? Nope instead I was told it’s going to be an extra order since that pizza was left in a take away box in the kitchen, asked for the manager sat there for 45minutes did he come nope because they disregard us mos i’m black so therefore don’t have any grounds of complaining. Never again will I go to papachinos or even recommend it to anyone I know.
