****** cellphone

Went to Papachinos Stoneridge on 20/02/21 .... We were not even there for 30 minutes and my cellphone was ****** from our table while sitting at the table. I nor my friend left the table yet my cellphone gets ****** ....by who????your guess is as good as mine! The only other person at our table was the waiter, by the time menus were taken from the table and drinks arrived my cellphone was GONE....footage was checked and well oh well we get told that the umbrella we were sitting at was blocking the camera. I dialed my number 3 times and it rang on the 4th attempt it was switched off. Later that day I went back to the store to speak to the store manager by the name of Vernon and asked to see the footage myself as I am extremely unhappy at the fact that they are telling us they cant see anything and I was told HE will look at it when the store is more quieter and will get back to me....he eventually did the evening and still the response was the same.

I rep**** to his msg asking him to please question the waiter because no1 else was at our table my msg was read and that was it , Monday morning i sent him a msg asking for the name of the waiter that served us and again read no response from him. Store manager protecting his staff????

I am totally disgusted at this..... not my first time visiting Papachinos Stoneridge , not my first time leaving my phone on the table while being present.
