Special not valid on public holiday, no where mentioned on mwnu or leaflet with special

We had a very bad experience at Fourways Pappachinos, had ordered a pizza and pasta special as shown on leaflet attached, when received the bill we queried the bill with waiter as there's no discount .The waiter said he forget to mention that the special is not valid on public holiday.There is nowhere on the menu or on leaflet that was inside in the front of menu where it show no specials on public holiday, we asked waiter to call the the manager ,after 15 minutes the floor manager came and said he'll call the owner ,then a guy called Dimitri came and show us all the places on the back of the menu in vey small letters that say" promotioned with T & C. This T& C is not stipulated, so we ask him about it. His answer was you can google it on the website. I my whole life I never ever heard that clients needs to google fot T& C on a website. This Dimitri the so "called GM" was not helpfull, have no idea of cliënt service and actually very rude ,we waited about 15 minutes for him,he was actualy sitting in corner with a lady and having coffee,. Very disappointed for a product that is advertised in the inside of a menu without the wording " T& C aplly" and then when bill receiced a totally opposite from what was advertised.
