****roach found on Pizza

Yesterday my friends and I took our kids out to Papachinos in Clearwater. As the food came, we found a ****roach on one of the pizzas we ordered. We notified our waiter who then called one manager named AB. This AB guy had the nerve to tell us that we're overreacting and this wasnt the first time a ****roach was found on their pizza (horror of horrors!!!). You can imagine that his explanation didnt give us any comfort at all! What he was actually telling us was that their kitchen is badly infested with these roaches. I have never been this disgusted in my life! What a horrible experience this was, it left our kids traumatized. We're very disappointed at their hygiene levels, especially now at this time of COVID19, I really think a health inspector needs to review their license. This is disgusting and totally unacceptable.
