Iv had 2 horrible experiences at papachinos stoneridge. I booked a birthday outin 2018 4 my daughter and when we got thr nothing was set up 4 us . so i thot myb its a hiccup dt hpned. I booked again yesterday n still had the same problem. N then wen i checked i saw tables were set up n fine bt those were for white folks dt got thr afterwards. So i realized dt the same thing hpnd lst yr. I spoke 2 sum guy dts always checkin if all is well Mahmoud i think is his name n he jus said no we will do it n then turned arnd n rolled his eyes like we wr jus sum peasants troubling him. The waiter saw dt i saw him n apologized on his behlf . So is this wt papachinos is all abt? Black ppl gt poor service yet we use the same money 2 pay n white ppl gt a dfrnt service. Im done with the restaurant, pity my kids love it bcoz of the play area bt their service is unacceptable esp with all that we hv bin thru as a country n like in 2019 Nov sum1 to b ******..its Disgusting.
