Poor Service Right at the Entrance at Stoneridge

Good day

We would like to report poor service we received at the door from your attendant Lucia. Its our first time coming to this place so when we get to the door we greet them and they greet us but no one offers us a table until we get outside and we are told all outside tables are fully booked and we have to go wait in the waiting area until a table becomes available. I went back to Lucia and addressed the issue with her because when we arrived we felt like the waiters that were standing there were not willing to take us and told her how we are not happy with the service to my surprise Lucia became defensive and told me that I was supposed to read the banner in front of her not just walk past her as if I know where I am going. I asked her how am I supposed to know there is banner with instructions of what we do when we get to the restaurant. We know when you get to a restaurant you are offered a table. She started frowning because I mentioned that this is the first restaurant we have been to that we are getting this kind of treatment and we are not happy. I asked her why she was frowing and her response was anyway whats your name so that I can put you on the waiting list, in the meantime she is even frowing again like I am bothering her. We asked her to call the manager and she calls a guy I think Sibusiso "please call whoever is in the charge they want a manager". I think if one is having a bad day or does not have people skills its fine if she works were she does not have to interact with people because this spoiled our day. At least we got a waiter Mike who was pleasant and accomodating after the whole experience.
