Poor Service Received with NO feedback since 25 Nov

Lodged a telephonic complaint with Gary at Papachinos Clearwater on 25 Nov regarding a birthday lunch we had. He said he would call me back the next day. 10 days later posted on Facebook and had NO feedback since. Service we received on the 25th is just as terrible as the NO feedback. Will never visit your restaurant again. Absolutely unbelievable!
