Poor service

Yesterday my family & I visited The papachinos on Christian De Wet & Erasmus Rd , For my mothers birthday .. the table beside us had a birthday girl too , a white family . Now our waiter , a black guy who’s name I have forgotten , Gathered a few other waiters and sang happy birthday , I tell him it’s my mother’s birthday and He tells me his voice is rusty now and hints we need to give him a good tip. My mother says it’s fine and we move on .. later on my cousin asked the guy to help us take a group photo , again he told us about his tip and how it better be 20% . Now we paying , I tip the guy what I had .. he comes back to our table and complains about how much we gave him , my sister tried speaking to him politely but instead he took the money shook his head and left. We decided to just leave without looking for the manager as I’ve seen reviews online about how even the manager doesn’t seem to care. As we leaving the lady infront didn’t even allow us to get a cupcake for the child we were with claiming we were supposed to show her the child before and laughed in our faces , We left . Honestly the waiters there are just rude , food is good but the service ? Sorry it’s a no for me
