Pathetic Customer Service

On 2020/02/08, I was at Papachinos Silverlakes when my cellphone was ****** by one of their waiters. The cellphone was taken when one of the waiters who were assisting us took the menus away (uplifted it beneath the menu). When discovered later, the entire staff including management looked confused. Nobody was helpful. they couldn't even review the CCTV footage. Nobody recorded my details. To date and apart from the calls I made to them- nobody has any answers. Needless to say, my family that were regulars there with the kids, no longer visit this restaurant. Wonder how many other people have been through a similar experience.
