Pappachino's is not a Family Resturant

I booked a table of 8.people two week in advance- Someone asked how many adults and how many kids. I said 2 Adults and 6 kids. But I did say to them that the kids were bigger (Aged 10 ) Plus I wanted us all to sit at one table. We wanted to get a quick lunch on my Daughters Birthday journey as we would be going to do quad biking afterwards.<br> When we arrived we were given an normal table size for 4 and a baby table that could not have even fitted 4 of the bigger children on.<br> Nobody assisted us to get a better table while the 9 of us stood around. I moved myself to a 6 seat table that was not booked. Please note: the place was empty ,I asked for more chairs only.<br> The waiter told me he could not get me anymore chairs.<br> The Manager Craig came to point out the booking and told me it was against policy to seat children at normal tables. I did not realize that asking for a table to eat at, at a restaurant was a foreign concept to them. They upset me to the degree that I was crying at my daughters birthday lunch. I was then told I was overreacting by Caroline. Definitely not a family restaurant. Children are not worthy of eating at a table clearly. Unbelievable attitude towards patrons.
