Papchinos broad acres poor service

Papchinos broad acres, This is the worst Papchinos I have ever been to. I am a regular customer of the brand and was very dissatisfied with the service. Upon arrival my name was put on a waiting list with my phone number. I was told I could take my kids to the play area whilst we waited for a table.after an hour they still had not called but were seating people that had come after me. The excuse was that they thought I had a table.
