Papachinos Stoneridge treat customers poorly :(

Worst visit ever at Papachinos Stoneridge ... it was my mother in laws birthday and brought along the 4 kids. I have visited Papachinos Stoneridge once in the past and it was great. However Papachinos Stoneridge has gone down from my last visit. As we sat down we ordered 3 milkshakes 2 strawberry 1 chocolate. To which he only bought 2 strawberry. We brushed it off and just asked him not to forget the choc milkshake. 30 min later he brought the chocolate milkshake and took our orders. We ordered our pizzas with a side of chips (the chips were not served). We left this again as I find it difficult to fix orders and wait as I was hungry. We then moved onto our dessert, 1 waffle with ice-cream and butterscotch sauce and bananas and 1 waffle with just cream and chocolate sauce. The order came completely wrong, both with ice-cream and the choc waffle had bananas instead of the other one. The waiter did not once come to our table to clear dishes and ask if we were okay. We then mentioned that there was a birthday and if they could sing to her... to which no one came for a long period of time. We asked for the bill and saw they charged us for the chips we didnt get. We then asked for the manager to discuss all the faults. The waiter just left the card machine at the table . Overall very poor service from the waiter, and the manager didnt show any sympathy or interest to our story. Even after the service we gave a R50 tip to which he showed that he was not happy. Not sure if I'll come back to the overly priced restaurant with rude waiters.
