Papachinos Inconsiderate to Patrons

Papachinos Sunward Park do not know the meaning of customer service! My granddaughters birthday was on Saturday and we were a group of 24 adults excluding the children who were about 6. We had one waiter and despite requests to split the bill into 3 separate bills to make it a bit easier we were told absolutely not!? I called the waiter who called the manager who said that his GM would not consider separate billing under any circumstances. The booking has been made well in advance and yet we were 8 chairs short. Eventually 2 additional tables and chairs were arranged. The menu admittedly is vast (and pricey), the least we would expect is little more hospitality considering the inconvenience of having everyone wait for the final bill to be settled before leaving. Inconvenient and Inconsiderate!
