Papachinos Boksburg

We went to papachinos Boksburg this afternoon at 2pm. We requested to be seated indoors near the kids play area so I could keep an eye on my little one. We sat next to a door which. Was a disruption and we requested to move to a vacant table at a corner, also still in sight to the play area. The waiter, Leon, without hesitation said NO we can't move. I went to another waiter and requested that we move and he speedily arranged for us. That Leon did not even bother to enquire if the table was reserved, he was quick to utter nonsense out his mouth. I then approached him and told him he has a stinking attitude and he was defending himself all the way. He further told me he can call the manager if I wanted to. I figured I wouldn't because with such confidence it told me he isn't bothered what we do. I left it. No customer service at all. I don't know where this franchise sources that thing called waiter. I highly suggest you book him for further customer service training or give him the boot. He ruined our entire mood and day. What a waste of a good afternoon. I request you to kindly investigate and take action against Leon failing which I will further take this up with customer forums for stringent action against him and this restaurant for having such a pathetic RUDE waiter... Awaiting response.
