Over priced food with a hint of bad service

I am COMPLETELY disappointed in Papachinos Boksburg!!!!! When they opened their doors in 2016 the service, food etc was amazing. Now it is a different story. I am a regular customer, but when my order is messed up 4 times on different occasions then I wont support the franchise anymore.

The last incident was the final straw. I am allergic to anything that contains / has traces of milk. I ordered a salad and specifically amended my order. Obviously no cheese and added things like cherry tomatoes etc. I waited for about 30-35 min for my food, but when i received it, it was completely.

They added cheese and my chicken was under cooked. I requested that they make me a new salad due to the cheese. Again I waited for about 15 min (my family already finished their food). After a long wait I received my food yet again. I started eating , but when i got to my chicken and other food items I saw that there was still leftover cheese from my previous salad. They simply recycled my previous chicken.

Do they have ANY idea how sick I get when I eat / get into contact with anything that contains milk?????? We are not talking about a sneeze or a cough. We are talking about being hospitalized!!!!! The managers all got cross with the kitchen staff, but they are so useless they just apologize and then......stand around!

The above incident is merely 1 out of 4. I have e-mailed Papachinos Head Office about 2 weeks ago, but to no surprise - no response! I don't mind paying a lot of money for quality food, but here you over pay for ****py food with a hint of BAD service.

I will never recommend anyone of my friends to support the franchise again. Having said that I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever support Papachinos Boksburg or any of the franchises again!!!!!!!!!!!!
