Managers who dont know their products

<p>I came to eat here and i am allergic to milk. So i order a smoothy and the manager insists that it has milk. I asked him not to add it and he insists that he must. What happened to the good old days when it was ok to give the end consumer what he wants. 5 minutes later he comes back and says it does not have milk. Learn your products</p>
