Horrible service by management toward our kids and horrible food.

Horrible service at Papachinos Silverlakes, first I would like to add that our waiter Tashinga gave us very good service, however, Management was very disrespectful and did not treat us or Tashinga well at all. All the children at Papachinos had ***** to play with and apparently when it came to us, our table could only have 1 ball because it was 1 ball per family, try telling that to kids, when even they see all children had *****, and in most cases there were more than 2 kids per table including ours. Then my food arrived, and the burger was soaking wet like something that was soaked in water for more than an hour. and I understand my burger had sauce, but the sauce was on top of the patty and the bottom part of the roll was soaking wet, a part that was not even close to the sauce, so needless to say, the food was horrible and my waiter said his hands were tied because the chef said he must explain to me that the sauce made it wet, which by the explanation I just gave you does not justify why the bottom part was soaking wet, but if I were to fight that battle, my food was probably going to be spit on. I will never again support this restaurant, as our children were not taken care of and did not even get *****, what type of people do this to children, and their so called focus is on kids. Shame on you Papachinos Silverlakes, I will not recommend anyone to your restaurant. Good luck, but your service will soon catch up with you and you will loose customers.
