Horrible service

I went with my family for my daughter's bday...she was turning 7 years on Sunday, we had a huge cake with us and thought we would have a great day...our waiter (marco) came only when he felt like it, I asked if they could sing for my child ..he told me everyone is busy and no one has time for that and besides they had no fire lighters for the ice cream to sing for her...my daughter started crying because she specifically asked to come to papachinos because she saw another boys bday being celebrated before...I approached the manager...he told me yes...they busy...Which as a mother who is a customer with a crying 7 year old on her bday is not something you want to hear...he said hel sought it out...all of a sudden after like 20 min...they have fire lighters and brought the ice cream...maybe 4 of them came ...sang super quick and disappeared....I'm very disappointed as papachinos was my favorite restaurant...they literally ruined my daughter's bday...Which only comes once a year...she slept very sad and asked if we could stay home next year....I'm gutted!!!
