First time extremely disappointed customer

So here at Papahinos, it's full its packed. Don't mind waiting for a table, but the manner in which the attending guy spoke to us was already shocking. He cleared a tabled for is quite close to the door, we said no to it, his response " he was doing ua a favour".

So me coming here, using my money at my time is actually not enough to be here, I have to be given a favor to be attended to. Customer service is extremely important busy or not. I work in a fast paced environment myself where I interact with people from different parts of SA, despite the pressure I always put my best foot forward. Respect should be granted to everyone regardless of how you view them. I must say so far my experience at papachinos is extremely disappointing
