False Messages

Just to express my utmost disappoint. I phoned Papachinos last week to make a booking for Sunday 10 May - Mother's Day. The person who answered the phoned told me that they are not taking bookings yet and that reservations for Mother's Day will only open on Tuesday 5 May. I tried to be proactive and phoned on Monday 4 May when the manager Eric answered the phone who then told me that they are fully booked and has been fully booked for Mother's Day a few weeks ago. This I do not understand - once I am told that reservations haven't opened yet and the next minute you've been fully booked since many weeks ago. We are loyal customers and I make a booking every Monday for the following Saturday/Sunday and now on a special occasion like this you cannot accommodate me and I am not even bringing a crowd - we are two adults and two kids. Eric then told me to phone again on Thursday as he will try and make a plan, so this morning again I phoned just to get told that there were no cancellation. SO...now it is too late to book at an alternative restaurant as they are all fully booked and obviously I thought I could rely on Eric - THE MANAGER's promise that he will make a plan.
