Disgusting behavior for some customers

My colleagues and I are at Papachinos Clearwater for our year end lunch. Here comes a lady wearing almost nothing walking around. She is only wearing a yellow top with her natural self below. The sight was unpleasant and this make me amd few other people to reconsider our visit here. I always thought high of this place, raring it amongst the family friendly restaurants but since they allow this kind of disgusting behavior m wondering what else is happening here. We have small kids coming here with parents, how will this kind of sight to them be? The restaurant service is super. They must just not allow people who are wearing nothing to come in. This is a very respected place pls do better
