disappointed in this restaurant - PAPACHINOS CLEARWATER

on the 5th of Jan, we went to Papachinos is clearwater like we always do on ones birthday. yet on this day before we could leave the weather changed so bad and we decided to leave because we were sitting outside. the food we had ordered we had decided to take as take ways and the waiter gave us the paper bags to put the food in and the kiddies pizza was not even touched yet but anyway as we prepared to leave we forgot the take aways on the table and only realised when we got home. I called the same day and I was promised to be called back in regards to this and what upset me was that the man told me that there was nothing that they could do and they throw away the food. how do you do so when the the food is not even on the plate to start of with... till today I have not received a call back from them or an email atleast. im not happy to a point where I will not be coming back to this particular papachinos or if this is how the customer service is like then its appalling.

I have sent even emails to papachinos but nothing so this just shows how they treat customers my bill was R1050.00 Table 35 check number 241249 server: 450 welcome 021
